Porters Park Golf Day

This was a new golfing event staged at Porters Park Golf Club in Hertfordshire. We had about 90 players at this former 'open qualifying' course. The day included a 'team auction' and a fabulous lunch. We also had a 'hole in one' contest, with a car for the first prize. Unfortunately, no one won the car, but a great day was had by all and we raised £17,000 towards the unit. This is definitely one event that will be repeated annually.
